We know your instrument is precious and deserves respect and the best of care. Below are simple instructions regarding your instrument’s use, its maintenance and its guarantee. Doing so also enables AMATI to notify owners of any information received regarding an instrument in the event that it is lost or stolen.
Please read it carefully and do not hesitate to contact us.

1. All Amati instruments are covered by a two (2) year guarantee upon the date of purchase from authorized dealers listed at Amati “ Partners “ against all manufacturing or material defects.
2. Factory guarantee by Amati do not cover:
1. Damages on the finish of the instruments caused by high or low temperatures, black spots to atmospheric conditions, sweat or saliv
2. Parts subject to wear and tear such as pads, springs, cork
3. Damages caused by improper use of the instrument, not cleaning inside and outside
4. Instrument falls
3. The guarantee starts effectively becomes from the date of the instrument purchase, as mentioned on the invoice issued by the dealer.
4. 2 year cracks on woods oboe, clarinet, bassoon
5. 5 year cracks on ABS oboe, clarinet, bassoon
6. Customer is advised to fill in this guarantee registration form on the website section “Register My Instrument” immediately after the purchase.
7. Any guarantee claim must include a copy of the invoice, submited by e-mail for dealer and Amati at same time.
8. Also can be sent by letter to dealer and Amati adress..
9. The instrument transport to the repair location and its return are made at the sole risk of the costumer. Costs and risks for loss or damages during transports are not covered by the contractual guarantee.
